To make a Sloe Gin Fizz : Shake the Sloe Gin, Sugar and Lemon Juice with ice. Strain the liquid into a highball glass over ice.

Club Soda (or Sparkling Water)
Top with Club Soda. Garnish with a slice of Orange and a Maraschino Cherry.
